Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), mobile operating system version, application version, unique device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / IDFA), and other diagnostic data.

Tracking Technologies and Identifiers

We use identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / IDFA) and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service. This helps us show relevant ads and analyze game performance. You can reset or limit these identifiers at any time in your device settings:

For Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID / Opt out of Ads Personalization.
For iOS: Settings → Privacy → Security → Tracking (App Tracking Transparency).

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain our Service: Including to monitor the usage of our Service.
To manage Your Account: To manage Your registration, supported by authentication services like Google OAuth and Apple Sign-In.
To contact You: To send transactional emails (e.g., password recovery, account verification) and, only if You have explicitly consented, marketing communications regarding the game. We use Brevo as our custom email service provider.
To provide Advertising: To display ads within the Application to help support and maintain Our Service.
To process In-App Purchases: To facilitate the purchase of virtual goods (e.g., in-game gold). We do not store your payment card details.
To analyze and improve the Service: We use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand user behavior and improve performance.
For security: We use infrastructure services like Cloudflare (for DNS and domain security) to protect the Service from attacks and ensure stable operation.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Retention and Transfer of Your Personal Data

Retention

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy:

Account Information: Retained for the duration of your account relationship plus up to 24 months after account closure.
Customer Support Data: Retained up to 24 months to resolve follow-up inquiries.
Usage Data: Retained up to 24 months for analytics, feature adoption, and security monitoring.

Transfer

Your information is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing (like Cloudflare or Google) are located. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, including encryption for data in transit (via HTTPS/TLS) and restricted access to our servers. Account Deletion & Data Removal: You can directly delete Your Account and all associated Personal Data at any time within the Application by navigating to Settings → Delete Account (or managing settings in-game). Alternatively, You may request the permanent deletion of Your data by contacting Us directly at [email protected]. Upon account deletion, Your account credentials, game progress, and all associated personal identifiers will be permanently removed from Our active databases.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
